Sussex Arcade Hotel Competition

The proposal seeked to overhaul the existing configuration of the building and structure, potentially to increase the height of the building with additional floors, and to create a rooftop bar to compliment with the large-scale hotel upgrade, reconfiguration and activation of the retail arcade connecting George St and Sussex Street.
